1. Use the abrasive (flesh toned) side wet or dry to massage buttocks and hips, loosen congested pores, stimulate lymph and circulation, and enhance tone. 2. Flip the pad, lather up with soapy water in the shower/bath and massage it into skin to cleanse away dead, dulling skin cells and deep pore debris. 3. Rub dry with your towel, pulling it swiftly from side-to-side across buttocks. Apply Cellu-Lite oil, followed by Peach-Lite cream. 4. Rinse with clean water and hang to dry, or machine wash with like colours on a low heat and without fabric softener.
