How do I know my products will be high quality and safe touse?
We inspect every item and only sell products that are new, unopened, and safe. Items may be discounted due to damaged outer packaging, overproduction or excess stock, discontinued or out-of-season lines, updated formulations or packaging, printing errors or incomplete sets, or nearing end of shelf life.
How can I check the product condition?
Each product page includes a “Product Condition” note explaining why itʼs discounted (e.g., excess inventory, damaged box, discontinued). This ensures full transparency before you buy.
Do beauty products have expiration dates?
Yes. Beauty products have both a shelf life (how long they last unopened, usually 3–7 years) and a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol, which shows how long theyʼre safe to use once opened (e.g. “12M” = 12 months).

How do deliveries with Boop work in the UK?
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery:Order before 2pm for delivery within 2–3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express Delivery:Order before 2pm for delivery within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, and Crown dependencies may take 1–2 days longer.

Because our products are discounted surplus, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged beyond the described condition, or different from what was advertised. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with the following: we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products for hygiene reasons. If your order is missing an item, contact us — weʼll send a replacement where possible. If the item is out of stock, weʼll send a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
