Yes. Beauty products have both a shelf life (how long they last unopened, usually 3–7 years) and a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol, which shows how long theyʼre safe to use once opened (e.g. “12M” = 12 months).

We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

We inspect every item and only sell products that are new, unopened, and safe. Items may be discounted due to damaged outer packaging, overproduction or excess stock, discontinued or out-of-season lines, updated formulations or packaging, printing errors or incomplete sets, or nearing end of shelf life.

Because our products are discounted surplus, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged beyond the described condition, or different from what was advertised. To start a return or report a missing item, contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
