Welcome to the Rescue Rewards Loyalty Program! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rights, terms and conditions which govern the Rescue Rewards loyalty programme (“Rescue Rewards”). and responsibilities of our valued customers. By joining Rescue Rewards, you agree to the following Terms.
References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ mean you as a participant in Rescue Rewards. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Boop Beauty’ are to the provider of Rescue Rewards, which is Boop Beauty Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14767299 and we have our registered office at Cumberland Court, 80 Mount Street, Nottingham, England, NG1 6HH.

Loyalty Program Overview
The Rescue Rewards Loyalty Program is run by Boop Beauty Limited, a subsidiary of Huddled Group PLC. Here’s how it works:
Ways to Earn Points and Offers
1. Make a Purchase: Earn 1 Point for every £1 spent.*

2. Create an Account: Receive 100 Points for signing up.*

4. Birthday Gift: Enjoy 100 Points as a special birthday gift from us.*
*Earn 100 Points on your birthday as a member of Rescue Rewards. Points will only accrue after successfully joining Rescue Rewards as a member. Points are valid for 12 months from the date received. 5. Refer-A-Friend: Earn 500 Points when a referred friend completes their first order.*
*The referring member receives their Points once the referred friend’s order is finalised. In order to successfully redeem the Refer-A-Friend benefit, friends must (a) not be existing customers of boopbeauty.co.uk; and (b) enter the unique code at checkout. Points are valid for 12 months from the date received. Points may only be redeemed on boopbeauty.co.uk. 6. Referred Friend Benefit: If the friend you referred is eligible, they will receive £5 off their first purchase. Points are valid for 12 months from the date received. Sign into your account on boopbeauty.co.uk to check your Points balance at any time.
General Rules for Redemption
- Points must be redeemed within 12 months of being awarded; otherwise, they shall expire.
- Ensure you are logged into your account while making a purchase to redeem Points.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used outside of the Rescue Rewards Program. They can only be accumulated on orders placed on boopbeauty.co.uk.
- Member account points balances cannot be combined with another member’s account point balance or be transferred or sold. Member account points balances have no monetary value or purpose other than the purchase of qualifying products or services on boopbeauty.co.uk
- Member account points balances are not valid unless accrued in strict compliance with the requirements set forth in these Terms, and members shall not attempt to earn account points by any illicit means (including, without limitation, by using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means).
- Points earned from purchases take up to 14 days to confirm and reflect in your account for future use.
- Points from referrals can take up to 30 days to confirm.
- Each reward may be redeemed on 1 occasion only and cannot be retrospectively applied to previous purchases.
- In the event that a member returns any of their purchased items (in respect of which they had accrued Rescue Rewards member account spend credit), their member account point balance will be decreased accordingly to reflect the return(s) made.
- In the case of a dispute regarding the account points balance available to any member, Boop Beauty’s decision will be final. Upon termination of membership for any reason, all account points and rewards will be forfeited.
- Boop Beauty assumes no responsibility for any problems or delays related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised by the member; any human error; or any interruption, deletion, omission, defect or failure of any network or electronic transmission for whatever reason.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Boop Beauty and each member each irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any dispute or claim arising from Rescue Rewards, the rewards or other member benefits from or relating to Rescue Rewards and these Terms or a member’s participation in Rescue Rewards.
Rescue Rewards and these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Program Cancellation and Changes
- Membership in Rescue Rewards and its benefits are at the discretion of Boop Beauty. Boop Beauty may, at any time, terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel Rescue Rewards (or any individual component of it) and/or these Terms, without notice. By enrolling in Rescue Rewards, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms, which may be updated from time to time by Boop Beauty in its sole discretion, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out herein.
- Boop Beauty reserves the right to change how Points are earned and redeemed. Existing Points will remain unaffected, but future earning opportunities may adjust. We will communicate any changes via our website and customer notifications.
- In the event Boop Beauty chooses to terminate the Rescue Rewards scheme, you will be notified and given a chance to redeem your Rescue Rewards points within a specified period.
Membership Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Membership is available for individuals aged 16 and over, residing in the United Kingdom.
- Exclusions: Children under 13 and individuals identified as Prohibited Persons cannot join.
- Commercial use (e.g. purchasing product for the purpose of re-selling) of Rescue Rewards is strictly prohibited and will be considered an abuse of the programme. Boop Beauty reserves the right in its sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether, in its reasonable opinion, a purchase is for commercial use.
- Boop Beauty may take any action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including closing or suspending your Rescue Rewards account and/or revoking any accrued points, rewards or vouchers if it has reason to believe you have contravened these Terms or are abusing Rescue Rewards in any way.
- Only 1 Rescue Rewards account may be associated with a single email address.
- By enrolling in Rescue Rewards, members agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves and to maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If a member provides any data which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Boop Beauty, in its sole discretion, suspects that a member’s registration data is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete or that they are in any way abusing their membership in Rescue Rewards, Boop Beauty reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse that member’s participation in Rescue Rewards.
Enrollment in the Loyalty Program
Rescue Rewards is open to UK residents who are 16 years of age or older at the time of registration.
You can enrol onto Rescue Rewards by visiting www.boopbeauty.co.uk . You will be required to provide your full name, email address and birthdate and to create a password. Rewards under Rescue Rewards may be earned and redeemed only for purchases made on www.boopbeauty.co.uk.
Members who wish to leave Rescue Rewards may disenroll at any time. This can be done via the member’s Rescue Rewards online. Members will receive an operational email confirming their disenrollment from Rescue Rewards. Upon disenrollment, a member’s account reward balance and points will be forfeited.
