What is Boopʼs mission?

Boop is on a mission to eliminate unnecessary waste in the beauty sector. Millions of beauty products are destroyed each year by manufacturers and retailers. We rescue these products — whether theyʼre discontinued, reformulated, overstock, or have imperfect packaging — and give them a second chance.

Are products on Boop Authentic?

Yes — Boop only retails authentic products. We source directly from brands, distributors, and authorised retailers. Where we work with suppliers other than the brand itself, we carry out due diligence so every product can be traced back to the manufacturer.

Why are products on Boop discounted?

Products are discounted because brands sometimes make too much, update packaging, reformulate, discontinue items, or have stock with minor aesthetic imperfections (like a dented box or missing lid). We rescue these products and offer them at up to 70% off RRP — keeping them out of landfill.

How do I know my products will be high quality and safe to use?

We inspect every item and only sell products that are new, unopened, and safe. Items may be discounted due to damaged outer packaging, overproduction or excess stock, discontinued or out-of-season lines, updated formulations or packaging, printing errors or incomplete sets, or nearing end of shelf life.

Do beauty products have expiration dates?

Yes. Beauty products have both a shelf life (how long they last unopened, usually 3–7 years) and a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol, which shows how long theyʼre safe to use once opened (e.g. “12M” = 12 months).

How do deliveries with Boop work in the UK?

We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery:

Order before 2pm for delivery within 2–3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.*

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express Delivery:

Order before 2pm for delivery within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.*

*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, and Crown dependencies may take 1–2 days longer.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods. Ensure your delivery address is correct; undeliverable orders will be refunded minus a £5 handling fee. If your order hasnʼt arrived, notify us within 21 days of dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes — youʼll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. To track the status of your parcel, Click Here and enter your tracking number on our delivery partnerʼs website.

What if Iʼm not satisfied with my order?

Because our products are discounted surplus, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged beyond the described condition, or different from what was advertised. To start a return or report a missing item, contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
